مجلس با بازگشت ماده 87 قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری درباره تعیین تکلیف کاهش ساعت کاری و افزایش تعطیلات از سوی دولت مخالفت کرد.

  به گزارش ایلنا:نمایندگان در جلسه علنی امروز (23 اردیبهشت 1403) مجلس شورای اسلامی با پیشنهاد بازگشت به اصل ماده واحده لایحه اصلاح ماده (87) خدمات کشوری مخالفت کردند.

 

از 216 نماینده حاضر در صحن آنان با 76 رأی موافق، 113 رأی مخالف و 11 رأی ممتنع با این پیشنهاد مخالفت کردند.

 

ماده 87 قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری: ساعات کار کارمندان دولت چهل و چهار ساعت در هفته می‌باشد و ترتیب و تنظیم ساعات کار ادارات با پیشنهاد سازمان و تصویب هیئت وزیران تعیین می‌گردد و تغییر ساعت کار کارمندان در موارد ضروری با رعایت سقف مذکور با دستگاه ذی‌ربط می‌باشد.
